One of the largest rooms in Pattaya. Good price, especially by Agoda and Trip. Location is amazing, don't need a bike if stay here, songtoew in both way just 1min away!🥳 🤗😁 Clean room, big room, big shower and WC, have a balcony 😁🤗, new and strong Aircon, large and strong fridge (my beverage get frozen ❄️😂), good WiFi. why then just almost perfect? because of the bad doors 😢😒 On the owner on the hotel: please fix the doors and make a Noise insulation! big problem: wooden door, doors clamp/jam and you have to SLAM it 3-5x until it close, large empty hallway transport and increase the noise. You hear everything what's going on on the hallway. Especially in the morning, about 5-8 am I woke up 2-4x because someone slammed his door. I love my sleep, I need my beauty sleep 😁😁. please fix it. how: fix the doors for they close easy without slamming them 4x. soundproof the doors, put a carpet in the hallway...

I prepaid 6500 for a month 4 days ahead of time to prepare the room. The room was in poor condition on check in. They are doing very little maintenance. I injured myself catching the sheet metal that fell off the glass door. The glass door did not close allowing mosquitoes to enter. The light did not work in the bathroom. The handle fell off the shower. The wooden sliding door was off the track. I was not given a table or chair. The staff called the police and had me ejected. I paid for a month and they kept the money because they claimed I broke the contract.

Stayed here one night because there was no availability in my preferred hotel. Was cheap enough to put up with the noisy AC unit.

Spacious room with working AC and internet. That should worth 500 baht. If it was cleaner with regular cleaning and linen changing, it could worth 700. Old and torn. A few minutes walk to the beach and everything. Don't go with expectation, highly budget place. Staffs are not trained and nor enough, but kind and eager to help. Minimum services. AC and fridge could be noisy at night, and you can hear people walking in and out. But this is what you get at this price.
