The hotel location is good. There is no room cleaning for our 2 night stay. The breakfast offered various selections and with high quality food. To add to the discomfort, there was a young boy (around 5 years old) present in the hot bath area where all the ladies were undressed, and he was running around the locker area. This situation felt inappropriate. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our unfortunately short stay here. The hotel is beautifully designed with a lovely attention to detail like textures and materials, and feels new and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by staff, and although in typical Japanese fashion there is not flexibility around freely allowing early checkin or late checkout, the fees to do so are very reasonable. Of particular note is the extensive and delicious breakfast - but arrive early (before 8am) if you want to avoid a queue - and the thoughtful amenities like the high-tech laundry room with PIN-protected machines. The location is convenient too, close to JR Sapporo and to the subway and underground walkway to the shopping and nightlife areas. And the onsen is nice, which you appreciate in a Sapporo winter. Recommended.

1. Emphasizing a plentiful breakfast as a selling point, but failing to inform you that the breakfast service is only available for three hours in the morning. Additionally, due to unregulated quantities of breakfast items, at least one hour is spent waiting in crowded lines outside, with no option for efficient systems like ticket numbers. 2. Breakfast timings were not specified on the booking website (at least not when I made the reservation). If you discover that the hotel's breakfast starts too late for you to attend, I'm sorry to say, you're out of luck. Don't even think about inquiring about alternative options; otherwise, you'll face extremely rude treatment from the front desk staff, ruining your mood. 3. Their manager seems more like an older part-time employee and is incapable of handling any issues. I've stayed at this hotel at least three times, and the first few visits were fine. However, once you encounter a problem, you realize the hotel doesn't care about your experience; they just want to get rid of you. I just want to say, at this price point, there might be better options available.

Awesome location (walking distance to Sapporo station) , great buffets (breakfast & lunch), awesome lobby AND a great Onsens !! This place gets very busy !! Make sure to plan your timing for everything ( check-in and check-out, breakfast, lunch, dinner and onsen) to avoid the crowd. Arrive early (15-20 minutes) to avoid waiting in line. Be ahead of the stereotype curves and their timing. This will help you to avoid that something spoils your fun.
