Nice place to stay in PDC security in the lobby the place is pretty well maintained the patio and pool on the roof are pretty good it’s children safe and it’s right next to the Chedraui supermarket and football stadium and 1 min walking distance from 5th ave

I've lived here for a while now and all in all my experience has been positive. It's a well maintained and sanitary complex with a very nice rooftop area. The staff have been great, they come and go pretty frequently. Sandra, the woman who currently works the front desk speaks English and has been super helpful. Some construction going on next door so expect a little noise, but from my experience no matter where you go downtown your gonna have something going on. This place is nice because at night it stays pretty quite, but your still close to all the action. Living next to the workout stadium will help keep you in shape ;)

Condos 205 and 306 are a couple of the worst condos we have ever paid for in Playa. The balconies are basically uninhabitable due to the roar of the Selecto air conditioning units. 205 reminds you of being in prison due to the fact you only see a little bit of sky up 4 floors in the corner, never a breeze can reach you!!! Just don’t go there unless it is only to sleep for a couple of nights.

Indeed a perfect place to stay. The area is packed with new buildings, but well developed already. The pool is fantastic and saves you from seagrass events. Also, service is outstanding. Water gets delivered for 20 Pesos, so you don´t have to carry. The Gym is modern, but more for cardio, although you have some dumbells here as well. A good Gym is Evolve at the 24th. On your way to it you can drop you laundry and have a bite, too. I would return. Into the loud and crowded center it takes a walk of 20 Minutes. I always choose the fun track of 5th Avenida.
