I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly. The location was great. The room was actually upgraded for me from a smaller one free of charge. Only negative was that their was a stain on my pillow. The hotel driver picked us up and drove us around for a small humble fee but we ended up tipping him a lot anyways. It was a great experience and a huge room for the price. Would stay here again.

Overall I was very unhappy with my stay. For the first couple weeks everything was great. Then the last 2 weeks of our stay the water kept going out randomly. Then our AC broke, and though they tried to help, it ended up skyrocketing our electricity price due to the ways they tried to fix it. Definitely not a place I'd come back to thanks to those issues. Not worth the extra they charge and the struggle with management.

Had a great stay here for 2 nights. The Room was bigger than my appartment, and everything was clean and fresh. Nice pool with relaxing area aswell. And Mr Lee made sure our stay was amazing, really great guy with amazing english skills. Helped us with anything we needed and was always a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommend!

We had a one night stay at this boutique. It is located at a rather quiet area, a bit far from the main attractions - about 10-15 minutes drive by car. The room is very spacious. But there's no door separating the shower place and the bedroom. Toilet has its own door. With a room this size, there is only one bin and it's in the toilet. There is also a hot tub outdoor; be aware of mosquitoes and other insects. Customer service was okay, the staffs were friendly, however they did not offer help with our luggages. It almost seemed like they were uncertain of what to do. The check-in process was surprisingly slow, given we were the only guests at the time. We had to come back and forth to sign all the documents. There is public parking right in front of the boutique. No security guards though. In my opinion, this was an okay experience. They could have done better.
