Terrible experience never ever thru so many residence in many countries. The loud noises continued from a beer shop right beside of the hotel. Never informed or notified this kinda noise cons from any staff or the hotel before hearing crash sounds. Called front desk and got feedback eventually the hotel offers me to move another building, as being told, that has much less noise. What I felt like was the hotel already noticed crystal clearly the beer shop makes noisy sounds and apparently bothering customers in the neighbor Building C where I stayed at. I should pack up all tonight to move again to the other building. What a…. The first day impression in Ho Chi Minh was messed up from this unplanned unpleasant necessity. Perhaps unluckily it is bad timing for only me to stay at this hotel. I am trying to be patient from the noises during even writing this. Gosh. Hope you can stay at some other building if you wanna select this hotel no matter noise risk.

Beautiful hotel and exceptionally clean! Our room (family suite) was very spacious. The hotel facilities were outstanding - kids loved the pool! Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Pleasant surprise, been to HCM multiple times first to try apartment and it’s so good! The check in process was swift, apartment so clean and tidy. Price point affordable Breakfast available from 6am, hot noodle soup, western delight and they even have snacks for kids! Will come again next time
