I have a good stay in this hotel. Their service was excellent. The room looks clean and comfortable. They also provide all the facilities that is enjoyable to use. Overall I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Rooms are a bit dated, but the place is clean and the location is convenient. The rooms are apartment-like, fully equipped with all amenities. So it ends as if you are combining the Airbnb experience with the hotel one

The staff, location, rooftop pool, room, everything was great! 20 minute walk to the Petronis towers. I would stay again and definitely recommend! The door staff is absolutely wonderful!

My wife picked a great location again. ☺️ the room was very nice. Lots of light could enter the apartment. Rooms were clean, everything was working fine on electrical appliances. Love the swimming pool at the roof 22nd floor. Great view from there. Oh they are renovating the Lounge room n yhe gym room. Easy to travel around just use Grap app. Very responsive. Walking also fine on sunny day with clear sky. Great picture taking on the buildings. Tried walk to LRT taking trains also can.

We had no chance to enjoy the TV channels throughout the whole stay as it was very bad connection. The TV lagged the whole time. I thought just 1 channel but it seems like all of the channels were the same. It just won't stay playing for more than 20 secs then it'll hanged and go blackout. This is somewhat irritating to watch. And for the breakfast, when I paid for the room I received an email from the property saying that breakfast will be a prepacked type and be sent to our room by 7.45am onwards daily. But for the whole stay, no breakfast was given to us. But we were pleased that the staff were very friendly and polite. And parking was easy and safe as well with CCTV around. But overall I can't say that we're satisfied but kinda neutral with what we paid for the whole stay. Thank you.
