Only 4 stars because nothing is perfect, but compared to anything around $100/night, this place can't be beat! Granted, my employer pays for me and at least 5 others' 5 day stays, so there must be some discount, but the rooms have full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and the basics for preparing and eating simple meals. There is also a complimentary breakfast with everything except fresh fruits, and the staff is very congenial.

Cool concept old apartment complex turned into a hotel. Loved the full kitchen. But I noticed a pretty big HEALTH CONCERN when looking up at the air conditioning vents it appears there’s black mold in every vent in this room. I stayed in building 14 Didn’t bother changing rooms after reading reviews that are probably all the same so I just did not run the air conditioner Luckily it wasn’t 115 here this week. They need to invest in getting these air ducts cleaned out by a professional. I hope management sees this post and takes action. Other than that my stay was great.

First, I want to thank all the management, security, customer service, maintenance team and room service. They all are very professional, understanding and easy people to get along with. In my opinion, what makes half of the stay great--is the employee's that represent the company they work for. Thank you for all that you've done, I appreciate the stay!

We booked a room for my sons bday weekend. I was greatly disappointed, the room was very dusty and had spider webs. I don't think they ever clean it. The lamp shade in the living room was broken, and it didn't even turn on. We had to call customer service more than once due to a wifi problem. I sent my son to the lobby for trash bags because the trash was full, and the receptionist was rude to him. I will not be returning here. The breakfast was mediocre at best.
