A wonderful place and a wonderful view. All thanks to the owner of the hostel for her cooperation during entry. Note: There is another asphalted road to reach the place.

This establishment no longer deserves to be referred to as a hotel. It lacks essential amenities, such as a reception, room service, and breakfast. Even though it is listed as a partner with the "Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card," they failed to provide me with one, citing technical difficulties. Consequently, I had to pay for activities that should have been complimentary. Upon arrival at the apartment, it becomes apparent that you are on your own, as there is no reception, giving the building an eerie, abandoned feel. As a tourist in Zell am See, the last thing you want to do is waste your time preparing or hunting for breakfast. Instead, you hope to relax and savor your morning meal with a hot cup of coffee on your balcony while taking in the beautiful scenery. Furthermore, the provided towels are expected to last for the entire stay since there is no room service to replenish them. The only redeeming aspects of this accommodation are the balcony's picturesque view and the availability of free parking. I will not consider renting this accommodation again unless it undergoes a change in ownership by someone capable of restoring its former excellence.

Great place, with a magnificent view, amazing suites with private (Finish) sauna, delicious food and a witty and entertaining owner. You do need to walk some 10 minutes to the next ski bus; not a big deal on my book. Overall, highly recommended.
