Great hotel and location. You get the most amazing view on the city and the lake. The rooms are very spacious and clean, they come with complimentary water bottles. Parking was included. During colder seasons their Chalets is a must! Breakfast buffet was more than enough, but did not appreciate the attitude of the waitress (seemed annoyed that I wanted to order an omelet, asked for 2 extra sets of cuttlery at the table- she pointed us to the cuttlery suggesting we'd set the table ourselves, didn't like the aggressive attitude at the start of the day overall). Other than that great experience.

Charming staff. Rooms are comfortable and large. The hotels common areas are corporate feeling, impersonal. The hotel sits beautifully on top of a hill overlooking Zürich with lovely mountain vistas. That said it is far from downtown Zürich making it less than ideal for visiting the city. Nor is it really in the country side. My sense is it’s real service is for corporate retreats and for that purpose it seems ideal.

We had dinner at the restaurant for August 1st and were very pleasantly surprised how many vegan options they had that were also super delicious. The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The location and the view is unbeatable! Would definitely recommend and will absolutely go back!

We got married here last weekend and it was the most incredible venue and setting. Valentina’s attention to detail throughout our planning and on the day was impeccable. Nothing was too much for her and/or all the staff throughout the whole planning process. The service was perfection, and all guest accommodations were managed seamlessly. All our guests raved about how the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and it really was exceptional. There’s not a single thing we’d change about the whole experience, and we couldn’t recommend the venue and the team more highly.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The location was very convenient with just 4mins walk to the tram and bus. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, attentive to details and made extra efforts to accommodate our requests. We had a crib requested in our room and it was really cute with a hotel branded Teddy bear that my son loved very much. The breakfast provided was also amazing with plenty of choices and freshly baked goodies. The room also had luxury body products from rituals within an option to buy from the hotel which i thought was a very nice touch. The Zurich zoo is within walking distance from the hotel and you can also enjoy the picturesque views of Lake and nearby scenery from the hotel with outdoor seating area.
