Great experience staying here! The self check-in and check-out process is so easy. The staff were kind enough to guide us during check-in. This hotel conveniently has coin laundry machines that wash/dry and are secured with a PIN code that you set yourself. This hotel is situated in a nice quiet area and is only a short walk to the train station which was very convenient. As like a lot of Japanese hotels, the rooms are quite small however they are comfortable. We would stay here again.

Short walk from Nagoya station about 5mins. Hotel was not on the main streets , thus away from noise. Room is as per shown on web, standard Japanese hotel size. The bathroom was slightly bigger than usual. Provided the usual toiletries. Had coin-operated laundry machines at lobby. There are family mart , lawsons, and 7-Eleven just a stone throw away. Some eateries along the way.

Best chain hotel I ever stayed at, v new and clean and they provide daily housekeeping if needed. 3 washer and dryers located at level 1 and their status can be monitored from room TV. Microwave also provided at level 1. Close to Nagoya station, about 5mins walk and near to convenience stores. Highly recommended and would stay again

As with all Sotetsu Fresa hotels, the room was small but nicely designed with microwaves, vending machines, and washing machines on the first floor. The location is also great, being only a few minutes from Nagoya station and with several convenience stores and even a 24/7 large supermarket. I wasn't too impressed with the level of cleaning though, as there was a considerable number of long hairs all over the bed sheets and the blanket. The breakfast offers an extremely minimal selection compared to other Sotetsu Fresa Inn branches I've stayed in, so I highly recommend to book a room without one and buy your breakfast at a nearby convenience store. Cheaper, tastier and more filling. Overall, not too good and not too bad. It was a bit on the expensive side though - and for what I've got I'd say it would have been better to book the cheaper nearby APA hotel.
