Stayed here with family in Dec 2023. Strategic location with Hosui Susukino train entry/exit just next to hotel entrance, so very convenient to reach out the New Chitose airport by train. But do take note there is no elevator or escalator at the Hosui Susukino train entry/exit, so it's kind a hassle to carry heavy baggage. Good food and shopping are just in walking distance around these area. Room space is slightly small for a family of four but the condition is very good, so remember to get the connecting two-rooms. Second level has self-service washing machine (use coin or IC card) and ice dispenser. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again in this hotel for my future trip in Sapporo.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sapporo is located just next to Hosui Susukino Station. Very convenient as the subway entrance is right in front of the hotel. They have all the nice freebies at the lobby too. The hotel also provides amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and humidifier. Best of all hotel staff are very nice & accommodating especially Ms Suzuki who is warm and helpful and I wish to compliment her for the impeccable service extended to me. I’m a hotel guest staying in Room 710 from 3-6 Dec 2023. The night before I was due to check out, because the dryer was faulty, my clothes could not be spin dry. When I informed her, she was very apologetic & offered a few options to ensure that my damp clothes will be dry by the next morning. I sincerely appreciate all that Ms Suzuki has done to make my stay a pleasant experience. I am impressed by her positive work attitude and wish the Management to know that they are fortunate to have a role model staff like Ms Suzuki who has provided excellent service to your hotel guests. I will definitely come back to stay again & highly recommend anyone visiting Sapporo to book this hotel.

Nice hotel with small rooms, but it is ok in Japan. Just over night stay, everything in place. Little problems with checkin but all solved after couple of minutes. Location of this hotel is outstaning - just few step of city center

We spent 2 nights staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sapporo. Nestled in the city center, the hotel offers easy access to attractions like Sapporo TV Tower, Tanukikoji shopping street, Odori Park, Don Quijote, and Parco, all within walking distance. The room, designed for two, provided ample space for luggage. Moreover, the room was clean and the stay was comfortable.Conveniently, there are numerous paid parking lots nearby for those traveling by car—choose the one that best fits your needs!
