We stayed for just 1-night transit in Osaka before departing for Kyoto. The room was not spacious but super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well functioned. Station, coffee shop, and convenience stores were within walking distance. Super value for money. Staff were super friendly. We wished we had stayed longer.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location and facilities of the hotel are good. The building in front of the hotel is currently undergoing demolition work. It was very noisy all day and we couldn't relax at all on both days. This is our bad memory of Osaka.

Very very small room (barely enough space to move around or open luggage). Room service was ok, even though they skipped our room one time. The location is good - a lot of convenience stores nearby and a metro station around 7min.
