This apartment complex is not the place you want to live. The office staff is rude and don't want to help. The manager is never available or get their staff to give you the run around. I lived there for 2 years, and the staff was great when I moved in, then they changed management and things progressively got.worse. I had the A/C leak and flood my bedroom carpet 2 times, and they barely did anything to fix it. They also never sent anyone back to change out my carpet. When I move out they charged me 1000 dollars for the carpet they never changed. I asked if they rented dryers out when I moved in and they said they had none which was fine. So I bought a dryer a year into living there. Now they are charging me 700 dollars for stealing my own dryer. They are sleezebags and only want to steal your money once you are ready to leave.

I stopped by the Carriage House apartment complex at 125 Tibet Ave, Savannah, GA 31406 and toured the 2 bedroom apartment. Ms. Falisa was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the property and area. The apartment was very nice as well as the property amenities. Love the pool area for summer vibes!! I'm going to shop around a bit more, but this one is definitely at the top of my list! Thanks again..🥰

Awesome Staff! Great Property! Open house was fantastic and the food vendor (Latin Chicks) provided excellent service! Everyone was professional and I really enjoyed my tour! Keep up the good work Carriage House!

I wouldnt recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. They gave us this unit with far too many issues to count and then have the nerve to charge us the highest value for our model just because the kitchen is updated. The plumbing is absolutely AWFUL and everything is constantly leaking or overflowing in my unit. Mold is growing inside and outside of the walls and they knew from the jump they should not have given us this apartment because they kept putting back our move-in date making it difficult.

I have lived here for six years and things have declined significantly since the new management company took over. The pool has not been opened in three years (since they have been in charge) despite it being posted all over the website. Any maintenance request takes months to get it resolved. You also have to call numerous times to try and get anyone to take care of it. The people in the office act like they cant be bothered to help you and never call back when they say they will.
