We really enjoyed our week-long stay here. Easy, efficient check-in, brand new property with modern design, ample space and plush furniture, comfortable beds with warm comforters, and friendly staff. The location was ideal being right across the street from Kagran metro station and a huge mall with lots of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in future. Fantastic value for the price!

Good location - really close by to U1 station. Mall is right opposite with a lot of shopping and food options. In 20 minutes we could reach city centre using U1. It was very convenient. Room was comfortable with really good beds. No traffic noise attributed to nice sleep after long day exploring Vienna. Room had adequate amenities as well. Service was okay. Once they missed to restock coffee and once they missed to clean the room. But they were minor issues for us. Would recommend and gladly stay again.

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist provided us with information regarding our stay, such as check-in time and directions to our room. Subsequently, he requested that I make a payment at the reception desk. I politely informed him that I had already paid through the booking process. However, his immediate response was rather rude, asserting, "No, you didn't." I found this reply particularly unpleasant, especially considering it was our first interaction. I confidently reiterated that I had indeed made the payment, prompting him to ask for confirmation. Fortunately, I was able to show him the necessary documentation, resolving the issue. The problem here is not whether or not I had paid, but rather the receptionist's impolite demeanor. It would have been more appropriate for him to inquire, "I cannot see the payment. Could you please show me some confirmation?" Instead, he simply dismissed my claim by stating that I had not paid. After enduring a long journey, this type of welcome is quite shocking. Setting aside this unpleasant encounter, I must acknowledge that the room itself was excellent - quiet, clean, and well-equipped with various tea and coffee options. I appreciated the separate entrance for guests which is separate from the lobby; I found this to be a thoughtful arrangement. Moreover, the location of the hotel is truly remarkable, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, devoid of any excessive noise. However, due to my negative first impression and subsequent experience of the staff member neglecting to relocate two glasses during room cleaning, I chose not to call and request replacement glasses.

bad experience. we were treated badly by the reception who is unable to do his job. they made us pay twice for the hotel garage even though we had already paid for it. plus they insinuated that we had lost our identification document, when in reality they were the ones who had lost it and then found it in their desk. we were treated like fools and not like customers should be treated. the hotel is very nice and cheap, but it doesn't deserve such staff!!

I was going to give this hotel 5 stars until I had not one, but two bad experiences with the receptionist Vlad. I know this hotel is known for its polite employees, and most of them are, but this man reduced the quality of time I had at this hotel. He would stare at me in the eyes while I was filling my water and respond to my partners questions with things like "that's what I said" with a rude tone. He was also insensitive to our cultural differences and generally has a snappy attitude. Besides that, the hotel's other employees are polite and the hotel is at a very convenient location/ has good breakfast.
