Overall I would recommend this hotel for a place that is safe, affordable, and a very short drive to the parks. I felt like the room was clean but I did have small ants in my room which was gross. I would say the worst part is that you can hear everything going on above and outside of your room. Families running by screaming at all hours of the day and night. I was also next to the ice machine so I had to listen to that at all hours as well. I don't know why someone needs ice at 1 am but it is what it is. Peoples lack of proper hotel etiquette is not the hotels fault which is why I still think it was an overall good experience. Lastly, this hotel is very close to a Publix, Starbucks, and other food options.

You get what you pay for. We chose this hotel as it was cheap and advertised as a 4 star but it is NO WHERE close to a 4 star. The breakfast is worse than my meal hall at university, eggs and sausages were edible but respectfully probaly the worse eggs and sausages I ever had. Our room wasn’t disgusting but definitely not up to the cleanliness standards I expect in a hotel. The worse problem was we were dealing with sugar ants the first few nights. None in the beds but hoards of them on the floor and benches. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 4-5 stars by some people, as the overall stay was pretty rough I thought. On the downside the staff was really nice and cooperative.

We checked into the hotel and our room was basic but decent. Floors in room were dirty and our socks had dust/dirt/hair on them within an hour of walking around. Floors were peeling up. Brand new towels in bathroom had hair in them. Our second day the room above us was nonstop running & stomping and when brought to desk attendants attention after 9pm he attempted to call the room but no one answered. He told me there was nothing else he could do besides move us, and that it was a family hotel. So at 9:30pm we had to load all our stuff up and move rooms with a 2 year old past bedtime. The new room wasn’t an elite room and didn’t have all the extras we paid for. The rooms also do not have tubs, so if you have little ones I’d reconsider.

Good value if you want a cheap hotel for theme parks, but it was a mixed bag overall. Pros: - Pretty cheap and 15 minutes from both Disney and Universal Studios. - Near a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. - The room' bathrooms were big and actually have a fan, a walk-shower with high water pressure and plenty of towels. - They have free pool, shuffleboard and board games in the lobby. - Free parking. Cons: - Don't bother with the free shuttle. It leaves way too late and comes back too late, and is only offered once per day. - The workers barely spoke English and didn't understand anything I asked them about. - Even though this hotel seems marketed to adults, the majority of people staying there were families with young, loud children. - The free breakfast is extremely basic because they want you to pay for the overpriced café food. There is also not enough seating available. - There are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms, so you have to go to the lobby every time which is inconvenient.

If you decide to stay at this hotel make sure you let the front desk know about having your room clean. They give you a pice of paper with this info written on it. It happened that it was late when we checked in and I did not read the paper carefully. The front desk manager did not tell us about the the fact that cleaning service was supposed to be requested and after spending a day at Disney we came back to our room and it was smelling bad and of course it was not cleaned. We found also a huge cockroach on the bathroom. When I have addressed the issue they did not even apologized and told me: “ let the housekeeper know!”. That was unacceptable. I have chosen this hotel because it was rated pretty high for cleanliness. Finding a cockroach and requesting the cleaning service it was not good at all. Breakfast is mediocre and definitely not advertised as it was on their website. Very basic and not tasty. Offering a discount or a complimentary breakfast would have been nice but nothing happened and this is the reason why I am writing this review.
