This restaurant was fantastic. My room was clean and they let the faucets drip I guess to protect the pipes from freezing over. This hotel breakfast, was by far the best breakfast that I ever had at any hotel. They serve things like spinach, of course, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and even boiled eggs, along with a plethora of fruit. The weight room was extremely basic, but they did have three treadmills.

We arrived in Chicago at night and it was hard to find a secure place at downtown because all the hotels had only paid (around 70$) parking lot and you needed to pay extra for breakfast. Finally, we found this hotel in Chinatown, which was 10 min drive to the downtown. There was a curbside parking option and an affordable paid parking lot and breakfast was included. The rooms were clean, breakfast was okay.

Exceptionally clean rooms. Great breakfast. Staff is excellent. Room was very quiet. Security seems very good. Elevators require keycard for your level at all times and front desk staff is right next to the lobby elevator and can observe everyone going in and out. Nice lobby to meet friends as well and it is also well lit and observable by staff. (Safety is always a concern of mine). Free parking is just off property at Wentworth surface lot just down the street across the bridge. Give the staff your license plate number. 5 or 6 minute walk. Paid parking in attached garage is also available. I walked every day to the huge convention center. The “L” train is a short walk away as well. Multiple Asian restaurants and mom and pop stores throughout the neighborhood.

We stayed here for the marathon this weekend and had a wonderful experience!! The rooms were so spacious and immaculately clean. We couldn’t speak more highly of Moses at the front desk- he was able to get our two rooms next door to each other (without us requesting) and had several great recommendations to give on dining/entertainment options in the area. The hotel offered free “grab and go” sack breakfasts for all of us runners in the morning but also had great buffet-style complimentary breakfast for the other guests. Would definitely recommend!

Great safe location-near Bridgeport and downtown. Very clean, newer hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Complementary parking 2 blocks away. ALL accommodations were 5 STAR including a high quality breakfast. The staff lives EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Every team member was FIRST CLASS! Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience. Wesley is the BEST!! I appreciate all you did for us during our stay.
