We had a great stay at Springfield Suites, The front desk staff was very attentive. The breakfast staff was very accomodating. The housekeeping staff was non-existent. I was told they would service our room every other day. They did not. We were there 6 nights, never serviced our room. Great location, free parking, a small general store. The hotel was nice, housekeeping was not.

The lobby is currently in the middle of Revelation but they really did a phenomenal job with the rooms. They just finished renovating all the rooms and they are top-notch very well done. It wasn't the normal quickdash rooms these are actually done it very nicely. There is no musty or old-fashioned smell everything is very clean and crisp and no extra fragrance hiding things. I'm looking forward to the lobby and the downstairs being renovated. This will be a very nice hotel when it's all done. I would like to be able to use my phone key all of the locks are still the old system where you have to slide the key in but I'll take what I can get it so fantastic value for the money.

During my stay at Springhill Suites, the breakfast left room for improvement, offering a standard selection of cereal, oatmeal, and breakfast sandwiches. On a positive note, the hotel's recent refurbishment provides a modern and updated ambiance. The heated pool is a nice touch, though the rough, sandpaper-like floor was a bit uncomfortable. The gym, albeit small, features commendable cardio equipment. The rooms are well-appointed with a pleasant walk-in shower, a convenient mini kitchen, and a large TV. However, the layout makes it somewhat challenging to use the hidden bed under the couch, and the TV's awkward positioning requires a bit of adjustment for optimal viewing.

I enjoyed the customer service at this lovely hotel, they are renovating so only a few inconveniences are to be expected. The pool is AMAZING and they have good hours that the pool is open. Housekeeping is so kind and do a great job. They only thing that was a bummer was no streaming channels, my 6yr old definitely learned that we cant pause live television lol. Great hotel still! I can't wait to stay here again.

We got to the check in around 9pm and no one was there to greet us. After about 10 min someone came out and we were told they overbooked the king beds that we had reserved, so we got a double bed to sleep. On our way to the room one of the elevators were broken, the floor itself smelt like marijuana and our actual room smelt like raw onions. After settling in the toilet had a large clump of black hair and a $15 clothing tag in toilet and trying to flush, the toilet worked every other time. The closet was broken, the spring flew out the first time and fell to the floor. We heard the room above us just about all night. The only good thing is that it was generally quiet. But, overall just a terrible experience. Would never stay here again, and I was thinking good things due to the Marriott affiliation. Total let down.
