In town for work at Ohio State University. Front desk associates were amazing. Bartender (Chris) was very inviting and had a great vibe. All the way around great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

I stayed at SpringHill during a work trip in Columbus. As an out-of-towner, I found this hotel to be excellent location wise. It seems like Ohio has 100+ different highways, and this location is a quick drive in any direction. The room is nice and spacious. It's fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, couch, smart tv, desk, and coffee maker. The lobby is inviting and clean, and the staff are wonderful. I booked through work and was expecting a king bed, but walked into 2 queens. I called the front desk and the man who checked me in let me know that because it was booked through a 3rd party he more than likely did not have the availability to change the room, but he would do his best to assist. Unfortunately, no kings were available during my stay, but the willingness to check and give great customer service stood out. I loved the hotel bar - the ability to stay "home" and drink a relatively nice glass of wine (SIMI Cab, $20/bottle retail) also stood out. Luke, the bartender, was 10/10. Friendly, sociable, remembers people's names along with their drink order, quick service, and attitude was unmatched. Wednesday night the bar was PACKED - every stool full with people standing behind them, & he still made a point to check on people at the fire pit and the people sitting at tables around the bar. Truly, he deserves a raise. Overall pleasant experience and I'm looking forward to rebooking for my December trip. My *only* complaint would be thicker bath towels, but compared to the rest of the hotel, that is insignificant.

This place is amazing! We stayed as a family of 5 and we felt very comfortable in the queen suite. Staff went above and beyond and made us feel valued. Breakfast was amazing with great variety, something for everyone! We loved that the toilet and bathtub were in separate rooms, especially with having a family of 5. The only down side was seeing that our nightstands had fresh coffee stained rings when we first got to the room. I hate to even mention that because everything else was so SO nice...Besides that, the room and the stay were PERFECT! Thank you SpringHill Suites!

Great location, rooms and entire hotel were well kept and very clean. Easy to get to the highway or walk to restaurants. Breakfast bar was average, limited things to eat if you don't want carbs or sugar, but overall well stocked all the time. I am usually not picky at all as long as these things are met, but the design of the rooms needs to be completely rethought. The bathroom set up was weird. They were at the foot of the bed, and were basically sliding closet doors, did not have locks. They did not close all the way, and have frosted glass instead of solid wood, so if you used them in the middle of the night the room was as bright as midday. There was almost no privacy when you were using them. Not ideal with kids. The desk area cuts the room in two making it less functional. Fridge was super small with no freezer. The pool is super small, and has no ventilation. My eyes watered and swelled up after only 5-10 minutes from the chlorine. Even my kids who love to swim couldn't be there for more than 15 minutes without crying about pain, and the next day we all had bloodshot eyes.

I came into this hotel with very low expectations. It's a Springhill Suites next to a college. In almost 4000 nights with Marriott I have seen that combination go to hell many times. This place is great. The staff is amazing and friendly. Not overly chatty which is nice. When I asked where Starbucks was and it was not just simply "go down the street"...it was "if you are using drive through actually pass it first to make it easier for you". Little details like that make a difference. The rooms were clean and the AC worked. The internet was fast. This place is great!
