I spent four nights at this property this week, and had a second room booked for my boss two of those nights. Everything was great! The hotel is modern and furnishings are in great condition. More importantly, the customer service here is amazing, and I say that as someone who spent over 120 nights at various Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton properties last year. The staff ensured I would have a globalist upgrade into a junior suite during my stay despite a late check-in, which really was a lifesaver as my dog was traveling with me this week. The extra space, especially the large kitchenette, was much appreciated and made our stay so much better than if we had been crammed into a standard room. They also upgraded my second reservation for my boss to a deluxe. Late checkouts for both rooms at 4pm were not only accommodated but offered before I could even request them. Breakfast was great, and I didn’t have to remind the front desk to have the charges removed from my folios as a globalist which I have had to do at other properties. Housekeeping was respectful of requests to only clean the suite in the afternoon hours when my dog and I would be gone. I spend ~30 nights/year in Columbus area properties and this is by far my favorite that I’ve stayed at so far. I will gladly stay here again when it is within my expense limits (conventions can cause the room rate to spike at times).

The room I had was spacious and clean. I loved the location and ease of getting to various locations without going outside. The hotel is connect to other hotels via walkways and skyways. There is a convenient store, shops and food court. The place is massive! I honestly didn’t know where the hotel started and ended and where the convention center started. The staff was super friendly and helpful when I needed assistance printing a document for work. They had great suggestions for food and how to get there.

We stayed 5 days this week and absolutely loved it.. very clean and awesome employees.. Our housekeeper "Nicky" was on the 17 floor was awesome went above and beyond for us and made our room feel like we were home. As well as anything we needed she was very helpful. we will be back again Thanks hyatt

Loved our room as it was very spacious and clean, with great views. Only negative is there was no microwave. Plenty of positives including friendly staff and the convention shops are a part of the hotel. Loved the art pieces that decorate the halls of the hotel as well. I didn't get a chance to take as many pictures as I was at an event in their majestic ballroom. Close to many sites in downtown Columbus. This was a great stay overall.
