I had a very nice stay here in room 303, for 5 nights. The place is kept tidy and is run by a multi-generational family that really cares about their business and their guests. The location is very good. I was able to walk to many things, including my massage course at a nearby school. From talking to some of the owners, I learned that the grandmother in the family used to teach massage professionally. Overall they are all very knowledgeable on the area and very approachable for questions.

It’s good for a short stay in a great area located close to everything walking distance. Area is also safe and friendly people with foreign own restaurants surrounding the area so you have a mix of everything.

The location is very good in the ever unchanging old city. Plenty of cheap restaurants, bars and massage places and of course akk the sights nearby. The staff are invariably friendly. However it is slightly run down, though clean and with comfortable beds. I stayed 6 nights, which speaks for itself. But It is expensive for what you get at 500 baht a night I would think 400 to 450 to be mire appropriate, my room was not serviced once and no fresh towels were provided. I guess I could've asked so maybe it was my fault. You could do worse but you could also do better

This place is great.owners are very nice and welcomed me as I arrived.even their dog said hello🐕.great location and the room is large with a small private balcony,not much of a view but good for a quick smoke or breath of fresh air.also,2 free bottled waters everyday,satellite tv,big bed,fridge & hot shower.i stayed for 3 nights but sign out front says 9000 baht monthly included electric & water...not bad.🇺🇸✌️🇹🇭
