Beautiful hotel, in a great location, a short spin away on the 46a or a taxi into the city. This was my (at least) third time staying here as a guest and I expect not the last. Firstly I have to complement the staff. In terms of hotel staff the staff at the Radisson are always extremely friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Breakfast is always amazing, they have a great full Irish buffet on offer as well other dishes that can be ordered. The staff will take great care of you when you arrive in the morning. The bar then has good food options as well as tea, coffee, scones etc. it is located near reception and is always very comfortable, and has a great view out onto the lawn. The grounds of the hotel are always well kept and great to take a walk in. I have attended two weddings here in the Pembroke suite and both were excellent, from the food, reception, decor etc. it is really well equipped. The only slight negative I would add is that the bathrooms are a little dated. The room I stayed in still had a bath/shower setup which is not ideal especially for older or less mobile guests as you are showering you have to balance in a bath but nevertheless it was okay for me.

Room is nice though when I first came in there were some things which could be done better. The rest of the room was nice - one time complimentary water, daily refilled tea and hot chocolate powder. In the bathroom was both tub and shower. Bathroom was once equipped even with bath salt which I used the first night. The third day they gave me another extra toothbrush kit and shaving kit. The place is located inside nice large garden and my room had a terrace with nice view to the fountain Continuum. Hotel is not new but well cared of. It has a lot of lovely details and you will feel like prince or princess in their castle. Staff is very nice. The only thing which didn't make me happy was that when I visited they refused to precharge my debit card so I couldn't charge dinner to my room. Next day they explained that they had system maintenance that week so they couldn't do it, but still it caused me so discomfort. Breakfast was nice and tasty and I quickly adapted to calm slow life speed and enjoyed relaxing stay in Radisson hotel.

We were a family of 12 dining on the 21st December for a Christmas meal. Hotel was very nice and it felt very warm and festive. However food was very disappointing ! Starters, cocktails and service was very good. However main course and desserts were truly awful. We order 2 burgers and 3 christmas dinners (€23 each) which where left unfinished and not up to Hotel standard. The rest of the mains including chips arrived luke warm. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also cold. Very disappointing meal as this was our second year to visit and last year was no better. Sorry but we won't be back.

Would probably be excellent for a wedding as the surroundings are amazing and would result in fabulous photos. Also close to the city so easy to get to and car park appears to be adequate in size. Unfortunately was not at a wedding / function and was disappointed with the room size, however the facilities in the room were excellent once in the room Food was also excellent, but customer service disappointing. I didn't feel welcome and when I asked for the location of my room, I felt i was an inconvenience. My experience can be best summed up as "style over substance"

Travelled from overseas as a trip for my birthday. I stayed here the night of and had a fantastic time. We went to the restaurant late but they still accomodated us even though we were the only ones in there. They gave me a "happy birthday" plate with every meal & even brought a dessert plate to my room. The whole place was so beautiful. I would definitely come back for longer.
