The place and rooms are very nice, however they definitely need to upgrade the amenities in the kitchen. The silverware, the one pot and one pan, the glasses and plates are the lowest quality possible. They are definitely not in accordance with the place.

St Isidro Corporate Housing was a great choice for our family. The rooms are nice, although they need some upgrades with USB outlets, and more outlets near the bed, some maintenance all around like paint especially in the bathrooms, but overall we were very happy. There was an issue with the reservation, we reserved a one bedroom Suite with King, and a Second Royal Suite with 4 King Size beds, however they do not have any rooms with 4 king size beds, and they explained that in Spanish they put the description as Larger Full Size beds, which do not exist, however they did provide us another bed in the Living Room which worked out fine for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and would absolutely book again!

Travelers beware: Cuidado viajeros. Our experience at this hotel was very poor. The hotel itself was nice and well kept. The staff at the restaurant were very accommodating. However, we had quite a bit of money (almost $200 USD) taken from the room. We alerted the management as soon as it occurred who did almost nothing. The only people who had access to our room were the housekeeping staff. We knew exactly where the money was placed before the room was cleaned, but it was gone after. We gave them (housekeeping and management) an "out" that the housekeeping staff might have mistaken the money as a tip, but they did not take the out. The management took it very lightly, and it wasn't until after we relentlessly pursued talking to them and wrote a written report that they acknowledged they needed to do something. It's been almost 3 months and nothing has happened. We were saddened and frustrated by the experience.
