A 5 STAR HOTEL FOR SURE! Beautiful, great location, excellent service and amazing rooms. Really great hotel that offers the best service and view of Mexico City. It’s a great location in Polanco with surrounding restaurants. They offer cab services which are comfortable and convenient. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable which made everything worth it. The rooms are beautiful and that lady sure knows how to clean a room; she did amazing each time. The rooms came fully equipped and the modern electronics and decor was a plus. Water heater fast in the shower and with a huge plus there were great things like makeup remover, skin care products, hygiene products and so forth. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at what is rated as a 5-star hotel, but based on my experience, I believe it more accurately deserves 3-4 stars. Firstly, there was a significant issue in our room: the bathroom made an unbearable noise throughout the night. Despite multiple reminders to the front desk, it took three nights for the problem to be fixed. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more prompt and efficient service. Furthermore, the final bill included several incorrect charges. Disappointingly, the staff was unable to present the signed bill or rectify these errors, even after being given more than 48 hours to do so (as we had a short trip to San Miguel de Allende, for a nigth, and went back to mexico city after it, to the same W hotel). As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I am entitled to certain benefits like room upgrades and late check-outs. However, these benefits were denied during my 2nd stay, contrary to the privileges I had enjoyed the days before our visit to San Miguel Allende. The confrontational attitude of the front desk staff when addressing these issues was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Additionally, i have not recived any of the nigths in my account from the hotel, the have not included the nigths i stayed neither the points for the purchases in the hotel bars. In conclusion, while the hotel boasts a 5-star rating, the service and attention to detail were lacking. These are critical aspects that significantly impacted my stay and overall satisfaction.

Beautiful rooms. Unbeatable location. But for almost 500 a night: coffee machine at the room did not work; ice machine on the floor did not work. 17 minutes on hold with room service. Never answered.
