Friendly, welcoming staff, great location, room service fantastic as they deliver to you no fuss, so friendly. Tasty breakfast. Rooms are clean and lovely. The pictures online look good but the hotel is so much better in person. Would absolutely recommend. I shall stay here again when I come back to Milan. Reception speak perfect English, wish I knew some Italian lol.

Very cool hotel. Well located near a shopping street. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the centre. The rooms are very clean and modern. We even had a balcony with a view of the city. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was rather thin, unfortunately very few vegan options. The parking facilities are good. Conclusion: I would love to come back! Grazie mille🖤🇮🇹

It is the hotel with everything you need. Rooms are clean. Receptionists are so kind and helpful. It is so close centrale station which is very advantage when you come from airport by shuttle. Also you can go to Duoma in 4 stops by M1 subway. It has parking but you should let them know before you go. If there is no available space, they suggest another parking area near hotel

Great hotel; everything you can expect from a 4*. Well equipped , with a bar, restaurant, sauna, and a Turkish bath. Rooms are ok, spacious bathroom. Breakfast is good, with a nice variety but would be nice to have more dips like pesto, hummus etc. and more salads. Staff and helpful and kind. Location is close to porta Venezia so possible to walk to the city or take a metro/tram.

Deeply disappointed with the price-quality. What we got for 440€ per night for a twin room was a very small room with a strange smell, water in the shower, which was not always super hot, internet was constantly falling off, very poor breakfast, key card from the room, which demagnetized 4 times during the week, the lack of basic - a spoon for shoes, hygiene products (the hotel provides only soap, shampoo and shower gel), as well as a hair dryer, which hangs on the wall purely nominally - it can’t dry your hair. The only advantage of the hotel is its location. Otherwise I think that for such money it is simply indecent to offer such poor service and living conditions.
