My friend and I stayed here for four nights over Christmas. The location was great! Close to restaurants, street food, several malls, and the hop on and off bus stop. The hotel lobby was beautiful, the employees working the desk were very professional and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. The toilet paper wasn't very nice quality. The first two nights were fine, but the second two, we did start smelling some smoke that we assumed was coming from other rooms. It was a bit annoying, but not enough that we notified anyone about. The pool area was very nice. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and my brother stay here for 3 night and I extend 1 more night. The hotel was clean, near alor street and a lot of restaurants. And the staff was nice and helpful. Thank you to Anath as a duty manager you're so kind. My brother said he will be back here on Friday with his wife. 😊

No hot water. Every hotel has the occasional problem. And as a traveler you need to expect that. It’s my third time staying here and the service was really what made the hotel. Friendly. Responsive. Efficient. It’s a much busier hotel than it was and when I said that my room had no hot water their response was “noted”. No explanation. No apology. I got the feeling the hotel now caters more to group tours and less to individual travellers. A pity. It had become my favourite hotel in kl. However a kettle was in the room so a warm wash was available one tea pot at a time. I’ll be back in kl in a week and have already found another hotel in the area that looks good.
