I will start off on the high point, the breakfast was really good but i love fresh waffles. Room was clean, but we were supposed to have a king sized bed and the room (and staff) stated it was king but it was definitely a queen, maybe an olympic queen but definitely NOT a king. Pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, woke up with sore a neck and face/cheeks/jaw. Disappointed with the price.

Very good hotel. We stayed for 3 days. Super clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The bus stop to Kipling Station is right across the street. The lady at the desk gave us printed instructions for sightseeing, with the map of the subway and how to get to places. That was super helpful and I thought it was very thoughtful of them to prepare something like that.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had a slight problem in our room so they had us moved to another room directly. Very nice location only a couple of minutes away from downtown Toronto by car. They have a good variety of breakfast options and parking on site. It was a great experience!
