Stayed for 6 nights in sept/oct. Best location in Melbourne with easy access to malls, foods and transport. Apartment is clean and lovely. Will recommend for a small family of 4 over staying in hotels with the extra space, comfort and privacy. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Spent 1 full week in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 21st floor, with 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 13. Very clean and quiet and spacious. Had everything you needed (including games, DVD's and even umbrella's - which I thought was an awesome thought and considerate). The location was amazing right outside the shopping centre and heart of CDB. Trams where approx 3 minutes away. Got lost on arrival and the gentleman that met us was very patient and helpful. The pool on the top floor is great and the kids loved it. We had it too ourselves on most occassions (maybe lucky? It was during school holidays) The beds and pillows were so comfortale and soft (my husband wasn't a fan, but the kids and O loved it). Heating was so efficient and warm that we even had to turn it down during winter! I found it a perfect family getway and would happily book with them again. The only negatives were the shower water pressure wasn't very hard (but still did the job!) and that only one elevator was working at the time out of 3 but understand that maintenance has to be done. It was only an inconvenience for an extra minute or so. I highly recommend it.

Staying 7 nights and the location is very central. Instruction for check-in was very clear and easy check-in. 2 bedrooms apartment is very spacious. Great to have car park available. I would definitely stay here again

We recently stayed in the apartment in Southbank. What a great location for ease of access to everything like shopping, CBD and sporting arenas, and all within walking distance! Close to other transport such as trams and bike hire. With a supermarket close by you can even choose to make a cheese platter and enjoy the views from the rooftop deck! We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Dealing with the team was easy and would recommend this apartment to my friends visit Melbourne in future! Thanks :-)

Positives: The Brunswick apartment is well-located, very reasonably priced and comfortable, with excellent access to transport, parks, shops and restaurants. The service was friendly and responsive, and the apartment generally clean and well-maintained. It was spacious and great for a family, and fairly quiet considering its location at the intersection of two major roads and a good-sized complex - friendly neighbours. I'd definitely stay there again. Good and bad: Parking was free but a very tight squeeze to get in and out - I found I needed to build an extra 10-15 minutes to travel time just to get out of the parking lot. Negatives: Some fresh carpets, new paint and new kitchen furniture would put it on par with larger commercial venues. There were a couple of slightly irritating features like the automatic movement-sensor fan in the bathroom - not so good for using the bathroom quietly in the middle of the night, and ironically couldn't detect movement when someone short was in the shower, so switched itself off when it was actually needed.
