The hygiene is extremely bad, the smell is horrifying, there’s no soundproof. The floor is super dusty and when u try to move the shelf beside the bed, you can see litter left by the previous person who stayed there. I did specifically specify non-smoking room before the trip. However when I reach, they arrange me to stay in a room which has strong smoking smell and I have to put up with that horrifying smell for 2 nights because they have no rooms for me to change to. I started to itch on the 1st night too and feel abit sick with dizziness on the 2nd day. 3rd day, they shifted us to a smaller room which the balcony face the construction site. The air is not clean. It is so much dustier and smaller than the first room except that there is no smoking smell. 4th day morning, there’s drilling sounds which come from the construction and the floor above us which disturbed our sleep causing us to check out earlier. The washer and dryer are only available from 10am-10pm. If you are someone who starts your trip early and ends late, you will never be in time to use them. Never will I be back to this inn again.

Well this hotel said smoking was not allowed but somehow the lobby was full of cigarettes' smell... which was nasty ... our fridge didn't work so I asked for help, they said they would go check it out, but didn't.... one of my drinks turned bad... The table was so small that we couldn't put anything on top of it. It had a computer right in the center... I don't have space to put my laptop. I asked them to clean the room but they didn't change the bed cover not the pillow covers.... so I ended change it myself.... I definitely not gonna stay in this hotel anymore!

Good convenient transportation and not hard to find. The building have security guard in front 24 hours, there is 7-11 and Family Mart at front of the building, near the red and green MRT, the room is spacious, clean, the bathroom has a separate shower room and toilet. There is an automatic toilet seat and a bidet. Some staff cannot communicate in English but it's not a problem. She tried to use communication tools to translate.
