We stayed 7 nights. While the staff tries their best to provide the service, the toilet infrastructure is very much to be desired. Stay in hotel with the lowest of expectations. 2 separate incidents marred our experience. On the first couple of nights, bath foam flowed from our neighbors' bathroom into ours due to plumbing issues. Subsequently, our toilet clogged (due to poorly constructed sewage system) and required the staff to work on it for a good half hour before it cleared.

Due to unfortunate events, we had to get our taxi driver pick up a left backpack by one of our friends in the hotel. They were so helpful and made the handover smooth- they really didnt have to do anything or couldve even made it more difficult than it was but they helped with the entire process so it was quick, efficient, and we made the flight. If that isn’t top tier service, I dont know what else would be. The hotel is clean and truly a place to sleep in, especially with how close they are to XMD. Your closest mrt will be Beimen but you have access to multiple convenience stores, bus stops, and obviously XMD itself. One of the more quiet and affordable places in the area too.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay overall. During our visit, we occupied a room designed for three people, featuring a single bed and a double bed. While the wifi may be a bit slow, it serves its purpose effectively. The rooms themselves are generally well-maintained and tidy, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. However, it's worth mentioning that the bathroom could use some improvement. The provision of disposable towels instead of regular ones might not meet everyone's expectations in terms of quality and comfort. I would suggest either acquiring towels from a nearby convenience store like 7-Eleven or bringing your own for a more satisfactory experience. Furthermore, the bathrooms have see-through glass walls, which are covered by a curtain that doesn't reach the bottom, offering a level of privacy that may not be ideal for everyone. Interestingly, the hair dryer is not found in the bathroom but rather in a drawer of the desk. Although unconventional, this arrangement can be convenient for those who prefer to groom themselves outside the bathroom space. In terms of key cards, we were provided with two, which might be slightly limiting for certain situations. However, the hotel compensates for this by offering the assistance of a porter who readily opens the door for guests when needed. It's a small gesture that adds a touch of personalized service. Lastly, we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning unit as the plus button was broken. Nevertheless, the overall functionality of the AC remained intact, and it didn't hinder our ability to enjoy a comfortable temperature in the room. Overall, while there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement, the hotel provides a decent experience, ensuring a comfortable stay despite some minor inconveniences.
