Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, hipster concept hotel & unique. The hotel staff service was attentive and responsive. The room cleanliness is worth mentioning. Comfortable bed. Good and clean facility. Easy accessible to train station & not to forget to the the mall. Just walk by the river. Had a good stay overall. Awesome!

The room is quite standard but nice enough. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is to be improved. There is not much to eat or see nearby the hotel so you have to use grab. The rooftop bar restaurant is to be improved too. The drinks and foods are so so and too pricey. I like the fact that you may leave your luggage here for days. For the pice, it's quite well overall.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The personnel was pleasant and responsive to my need. The accommodation was clean and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout my trip. However, I had some reservations about the meal. While the hotel provided a range of selections, the quality and flavor of the food might have been improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my overall visit and would consider returning in the future.

STEG is a sleek modern hotel but doesn't have a boring corporate look, there's a lot of personality in the design. The pool/gym facilities are nice and not crowded. The location is fairly central. Access from the main street is down an alley that always had a bad smell (not the hotel's fault) but it doesn't feel unsafe. We had a great view of the Petronas towers from our window. The only area for improvement is the breakfast could be better, it's just a couple of cereals and basic nasi lamak. The dim sum place directly across the road is a better option. Overall we had a really good stay at STEG and ended up staying there twice so it is highly recommend. The value for money is also excellent.
