The location of the accommodation was perfect, on the street with a direct view of the Caldera. Marguerita (the host) was so kind, she made us feel right at home. The room was very clean and had a balcony overlooking the sea. The area is quite quiet except in the evening, when there's a bit of noise as there's a restaurant below the accommodation.

The room was clean and the staff was welcoming. While the location is the town centre, the rooms are quite small, barely any space outside of the furniture. It had a great view of the town, sunset and volcano island from the room.

Stelios Room's is a quality hotel with a million dollar view. Envision yourself getting the same view as resorts nearby for a fraction of the cost. Clean no frills four room hotel with balcony and caldera view. Perfect place for budget minded individual. I would go back.The manager treated my wife and I as if we were family. I will go back.

We had a great time at Stelios Rooms. Fantastic view over the Caldera at night and clean facilities. Personal has been super friendly and helpful especially Maria who delivers a stellar room service on top of beeing incredibly friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to give us a late checkout which allowed us to maximize our experience on the island. Quiet at night, far from the croud heavy noise from central Oia but close enough so you can get anywhere under 10min walk. The waiter Sotiris and Nikos have been also super friendly and helpful especially in order to help us find space to park the Quad or give us tips and directions. Strongly recommend, great value for money.
