White Cave Villas

The first day we didn't get the room we paid for because the jacuzzi was broken, but they offered us wine or lunch as compensation for the inconvenience. The second day we got the room we paid for and we were looking forward to the jacuzzi because the nights were already cold, unfortunately the jacuzzi was cold where you couldn't relax. On the third day, we didn't sleep all night because the next room, where the jacuzzi was also, was incredibly humming from the jets, it was crazy. I only pointed it out in the morning and then it was removed. And I am most disappointed by the attitude of the accommodation manager, who at the beginning welcomed us kindly and that was all, if we pointed out the problems that had arisen, she did not communicate and did not pick up the phone, only when we wrote several times did she respond in a sad way as if we were bothering her and her it does not apply at all. And the pearl at the end, on the penultimate day we wanted to know out of curiosity if the lunch was possible as she promised, she replied with the message that yes it was arranged in the kitchen, after three hours I asked if the lunch was ready, they replied that they they don't know anything and the manager didn't contact them at all!!!. In addition, she replied to us 4 hours before that lunch would be ready and the kitchen knew nothing about it. I am incredibly disappointed with the accommodation and its manager's attitude, we wanted to spend a vacation where we can really relax and rest and instead we were nervous, stressed and I don't say that we argued about the agenda for this choice of accommodation!!!! So the vacation in the sense of a honeymoon had the opposite effect. Andrea Switzerland

We had a great time at White Cave Villas. Tiago and his team do a great job and are always very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very varied. Breakfast was brought to the room or the terraces. The White Cave Villas are within walking distance to the nearest bus station and Oia. There are three delicious restaurants right near the hotel. I would choose this hotel again.
