I recently stayed at Stella Hotel for a weekend getaway, and overall, my experience was decent. The room was satisfactory, providing the basic amenities and comfort needed for a short stay. However, there were a few aspects of the hotel that left me with mixed feelings. One of the major downsides of the hotel was its location. It was situated on the roadside, right next to a busy highway, which made it quite noisy throughout the day and night. The constant traffic noise made it challenging to relax and get a good night's sleep. Moreover, I found that the accessibility to food options in the vicinity of the hotel was not convenient. There were limited dining choices nearby, and one had to venture further away to find a decent restaurant or eatery. This was a bit inconvenient, especially when looking for a quick bite to eat. Another noticeable drawback was a lingering stink smell that permeated throughout the entire hotel. It was quite unpleasant and made the overall ambiance less welcoming. This issue should be addressed promptly by the management to enhance the guest experience. On the positive side, I found the price of the hotel to be reasonable, considering the amenities provided. It was not a luxury stay, but it was also not overly expensive. For a budget-conscious traveler, this might be an attractive aspect.

I stayed last night in this hotel. The hotel has no mannerism of properly refunding the caution deposit we make at counter. I checked in at night 9:00 and checked out at next day mrng 6:00. They wasn’t any person in the reception on mrng, whereas when I called the number available at the registration desk, the area security came and collected the card and asked to write for bank account to refund the caution deposit. ( how would a foreigner who doesn’t have the local account deal with this issue). Later on being calling for multiple times no one attends the call, and the service is so poor.

For the price it’s great. Rooms are clean. Low ceiling. Bathroom newly renovated and very spacious. It’s a basic budget hotel. Less than 10 mins to Legoland and 15 mins to the city center. It’s next to the highway so ask for room facing the other way. All in all, it’s a good place to stay.

Bad service, keep on mention they do their work standardly and check rooms before hand out, say will update us the matters, but dint even update us after 1 week, by the time we get there, they say manager at southkey, seldom come over dint even solve the problem, conclusion is any problems appear, they dont response immediate, wait until guests check out only mention this missing that missing and need to pay for it.
