First, when first arrive I got the wrong rooms but the service desk was responsive to get us the room that we want. But in the new room, the aircond was not fully function because it cannot swing. Then, the TV cannot be on, maybe the plug is not functioning. The fan and mirror was so dusty. But the bed and table is clean. Toilet is clean.

fooling around and very tricky hotel. only using third party booking apps to lured customers to the hotel. when you reached there u will never get your room. i was attended by a big sized middle aged indian guy probably the owner of the hotel. been told that no booking made on the arrival date even though it was paid and confirmed by agoda. simply asked me to pay their walk-in rate over the counter. earlier than this case i booked the same hotel and being cancelled which they informed through agoda. but the second time they didnt informed anything either to me or agoda. ok guys.. let me tell you.. upon arrival at the hotel after a few words the guy told me that they were not agreed with the rate offered by agoda and they will not accept any booking through third party booking apps below their walk-in rate. so whats the point being membership to booking apps but in the end simply breached the rules?

Room to noisy when night, some noise was like washing machine, and other noise from other room. Bed frame also if you're more than 90kg better don't choose single room, can't sleep comfortable.
