The hotel is easy to access with a large trailer. However the price of the room I found didn't coincide with the stay. The room had lots of hair from previous dogs, (I understand it's a pet room), and but there was a key card from a previous tenant just behind the bedside table. The room sidewalk wasn't shoveled so I got snow everywhere and the TV was tiny. Also, it's an older hotel so you can hear the residents above you, CLEARLY. However the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I wouldn't care about most of this if it was 115 a night. But it's dang near 200. (169)

Decent value spot in Revelstoke. Breakfast was the best part. The hot tub was not good however. Lots of dead skin cells, sweat and oils floating on the surface of the water. The water level is maintained way too high. The water’s surface level should be around 3/4 of the skimmer line in order for the skimmer do it’s job and skim the water surface of particles. Leaving it overfilled means no filtration. Gross.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The place is clean and the hot tub is a nice place to relax. Close to a nice little river. The continental breakfast is nice. We even got a doggy gift bag for our dogs!

Stayed here in the summer as part of a family roadtrip. We were put off by our first room but staff kindly found us a space more suited to our family situation. Restaurant was nice - very kind staff. About an hour into our drive through the Rockies the next day, the hotel called to say we left our iPad! No hope of turning around, staff were kind enough to package it up and have it ready for Purolator to come by and send it back home. Really appreciate the extra mile staff took!

Very good service, breakfast was excellent. Room was average at best and wasn't great value regardless. Room was a pet friendly room, so wasn't necessarily expecting the absolute best, but even with a lowered expectation it was very average, cost was high for what was received. Room was also very noisy. Again, service and staff where excellent and the breakfast buffet is tremendous
