Wonderful experience! Our room was spotless and the host at the front desk was very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable with a huge, big screen tv. I loved the remote control thermostat. You can adjust the temperature from bed! I managed to forget my “special” pillow while there, and they shipped it out to me. Great service. Would highly recommend. Price was nice as well!

Lots for the price! Comfortable beds. Very clean. Smart tv. Nice lighting. Updated rooms. Our 2 year old got a bug and ended up making one heck of a mess 😬. I showed the staff in the morning and they treated us with such compassion and understanding. Even offering a much extended check out. If you book here and like it, please leave a tip to the cleaning staff for us - the bit of cash we had may have come across as an insult 😔

It's bigger and better inside! You have to get past the outside appearance, because the hotel itself is great. Wide, beautiful hallways with inlaid wooden floors, great illumination, and the room was perfect. Great mattress, a table where we could work, and the bathroom was fully renovated. Best value ever!

From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much but the inside is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly. I stayed in a king suite, the room was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. The shower is lovely!!. Location of hotel is very convenient right in the heart of Revelstoke. I stayed 1 night. I would stay at this hotel again. 1 recommendation ...the lobby entry doors ..not very accommodating for people with mobility issues or that may have a walker. An automatic button for the door to open would be a great addition.
