This was our first stay at an AirBnb (4715 Kings Castle Circle). We were very happy with our stay here. We were in Orlando late Nov/early Dec. Total of 10 guests (4 adult couples and 2 boys: 12 years old). It was very easy to both find the location and check-in. All private rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dishes and cooking ware were meticulously cleaned. Pics posted were from our last day there, so if there was a mess in ANY of the pics…..that was from us. If we had any questions at ANY time, Crystal would respond within minutes. She was super accommodating. Location pictures are 100% accurate. Great location. Very close to the theme parks, and there are tons of other things to do in the area as well. Great restaurants and fun bars, amazing outlet shopping, family entertainment locations for all ages, and convenience stores a block away. Also, the kids had a great time in the water and mini golf areas right on the premises. Other reviews mentioned loud neighbors, but we did NOT have that issue. Very relaxing and quiet, we barely noticed our neighbors when outside lounging by the pool.

Luck of the draw with this place. After staying here years ago and being very happy, we decided to stay again with our extended family and 4 children. The place has gone downhill quite a bit. The security is a joke and let’s anyone in through the back gate. Loud parties and music…followed by drag racing until early morning hours. How fun! While my rental was rated good, the overall reviews for this place say the same. Anyway, if you want to party, seems like the place. However, if you’re coming here with your family to go to the parks, then it’s only luck if you don’t have noisy inconsiderate neighbors. Spend the extra money for some place quieter.

Storey Lake is the newest vacation home community in Orlando with the best location. It is extremely convenient to get to all major Orlando attractions. The houses are all new and most of them were recently decorated. I did a lot of research when I planned my Orlando vacation for my family (including two young kids and two seniors). My family was very happy with the stay at Storey Lake. Will definitely return for my next Orlando vacation.

DO Not spend so much on this property! AC does not work in bedrooms upstairs is Florida! Tons of flies by the door, the floors were not cleaned and I had to sweep and it was full of hair, dirt and even a nail! Red ants, no ice from ice machine, one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel for 8 people. Across is construction and Porto potties and garbage flying on to front porch from construction site. Additionally no coffee maker and the back area was dirty with dog poop and tons of cigarette buds. Someone was suppose to come around 6:15 is 7:27 and no show to check AC. Their services close at 7! I am documenting everything now since we don’t check out till Mo day, but want anyone booking to research first. The pictures on AIRBNB are beautiful and indoors looks nice and the designer and furniture did good, but that does not keep us from the heat and the bad experience.

We just returned from a vacation stay at 4543 Narrative Lane. Found the house to be exceptional. Was extremely clean and well appointed. Pool and hot tub at house were very nice. We paid extra for heated water, a must in February, even when we did have 90 degree days. We stayed with 10 people in house and found to be very comfortable. We used the community pool almost daily. Pro-tip, it is well managed and controlled with letting only guests and residents in, but, was very busy the week we were there. You pretty much need to arrive at opening (9:00 AM) to secure a chair or table if you want one. We found the lazy river and slide to be really fun (even for the adults). If you can, bring your own beach towels. Our house did not have any and there are none at the community pool area. Very nice location close to Disney, Universal, numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and a Target. We were very, very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend.
