The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area. As any apartments when used bring some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.. The only thing that I am adapting to that they are not consistent. For example: I tried before to create a habit to go to gym but timing and access to the club house are not very much predictable to me still by time I knew I could not depend 100% on it. But this is not a big issue when you know how it works. My kids know better how it works, they are enjoying their time in the club with their friends and neighbours. A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms and club house are always open are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator, the parking as well as the trash management & pickup service. They are consistent. I know at least 3 families live nearby could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood which is close to Aldy's and other shops in the area. The bus station is close by. During hurricane we felt safe and enjoyed the view from my apartment. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

I love living here. Since the start, the leasing ladies were very efficient responding to my concerns. In the apartment complex I used to live before, it took them 3 months to fix a microwave. Here, Here the maintenance is incredible. The area is pretty good, there is restaurants and a lot of things to do close by. The community is always clean, and residents are nice.

We just leased a 2 bedroom apartment and the effort and support by Maria and Jesse was top notch. We had a unique situation and it was effortless to get the lease completed The apartment itself is great. We're on the 3rd floor looking onto the parking lot and the condition of the apartment on move-in was fine. The rest of the complex looks great though we haven't really had time yet to utilize the facilities.

Cane Island has been a good place to live. We have lived here for over 10 years, and gone through a couple of different owners. The most recent owner has done a lot to make the community look nice, and they've been very responsive to any issues of we've had. They haven't priced us out yet. The buildings are in reasonable condition (with improvements on the way) and depending on the neighbors it's generally a pretty quiet place to live. I do have to say the new ownership has made a big difference, keeping the community engaged, and informed, I'm happy to be living here.

My boyfriend and I have had a positive experience living at Cane Island. The office staff was always helpful and happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. The maintenance staff was outstanding and was very quick to help us with any repairs. The only reason I’m not rating five stars is for four reasons: the valet trash service, the noise of the surrounding location, parking availability, and the size of the gym. The valet trash service is convenient, but inconsistent at times. There’s been instances when our trash has abided by their rules, but hasn’t been taken. The noise in the surrounding area is constant, sirens, helicopters, and road noise. If you have small children or prefer to live in a quieter area just be wary of the location as it is directly on US 192. As for parking, if you have more than one vehicle make sure you buy another parking pass in addition to the one they provide. I believe it’s an additional $75 ( the price could have changed since I last asked) for any additional passes. If you don’t have a resident pass they make you park in guest parking otherwise you get towed. The guest parking is somewhat far away from some buildings and fills up quickly. Also, if you’re into fitness and like to use the amenities in your complex, the gym is very small and gets easily crowded. These are relatively small concerns and some are out of the complex’s control. Overall, I think the service Cane Island provides outweighs these small concerns. We’ve enjoyed living here for the past two years and would recommend this complex to others looking to move to this area.
