Forgive my late comment. Very poor experience as there were thieves. I have lived here for 8 months and it was altogether normal, except for its awkward location, close to a building under construction resulting in a very noisy and cluttered living environment, what I would not have expected is that this apartment has thieves. I requested to store my luggage in the apartment's warehouse since last August, and the apartment manager agreed. However, when I went back to check my luggages 20 days later, all my luggages were cut open and all my jewelries, perfume, Gucci shoes and even lipsticks were stolen. When I asked the staff about it, she replied that it was done by her another manager, in order to check if the things inside belonged to cleaning. Asked them something lost, the manager directly said she did not know anything to hide away. Since I am a new and foreigner and at the junction of moving and starting a new semester, I didn't know how to go to the police while dealing with this. My family also advised me to take care of my studies first and not to push myself if the matter of calling the police was too exhausting, and I have been putting this matter to today when my studies are completed. The total value of my lost things is more than 3000 euros. I hope everyone pays attention to this apartment and must be careful when living there, and don't trust the managers of this apartment regarding their character. Don't leave the door unlocked. Don't let these people who love to take advantage of you get it again and again.

Good location beside the train station and the tram but the area has zero character as it is a sterile, modern building site. The rooms are infested with mosquitoes and I was eaten alive every night. There is no air conditioning and you have to close all windows to keep the mozzies out. There was zero communication before check in and I had to sit outside for 5 hours after a 30 hour trip before I was able to get my key only to find out I could have dropped my bags and chilled out in the communal space upstairs the whole time.

Location grt, right by bus and tram and 1 stop from station. V friendly staff. As a stopover for a couple of days, fine. Spacious room and bathroom and clean. Nice to have terrace, if basic and shame the sort of "no man's land" beyond it not cultivated. Lovely shared kitchen and terrace space. Would be at least a 4 but 1. No soap 2. No kettle 3. Had to ask for a 2nd mug. 4. Wardrobe sliding door off its level so didn't open 5. The worst thing:absolutely no warning of the flies /mosquitoes that attacked us both nights. No fan in room, so no choice but to have window open.
