Good location right next to the S-train, only 10 min to the city center. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, kitchenette equipped with all the necessary things. Advantage is a supermarket just around the corner. Helpful staff.

Excellent customer service; the response time is very fast and they are always open to support you. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have all the necessary elements (washing machine, fridge, small stove, hair dryer, iron and iron board). Totally recommend!

Very good installations, clean, warm and easy to check in and out. Very attentive hosting crew, eager to help. We missed a hand towel hang by the sink - they are located at the opposite wall of the bathroom and covered by the open door. We also could have made good usage of instructions on how to operate the washer-dryer machine, were there any. TV set is Chromecast only, making it a little hard for Apple mobiles to connect to. Only downside is the shower curtains - expect to have the whole bathroom wet.

The location is not easy to find, but close to major rail station and bus lines to downtown. I mostly used bike rental for an easy 3 mile communte to city center. Room is simple but very clean and has full amenities. I should have sought advice on use of cooktop and laundry, but its there for long stay. Neigborhood has all features, grocery, restaruants and cafe. It is not city center so that is only compromise, but you are close to parks and football stadium. The metro station is about 1km.
