Long story short- the front desk is polite, the hotel is NASTY. Let me start by saying the front desk staff is very polite, friendly and as accommodating as possible. As far as everything else, it is unacceptable. Absolutely horrible. The rooms do NOT get cleaned. The first room we went to had a huge puddle of water from leaky mini fridge and dirty rags/trash on the counter not to mention the front door to the room was left cracked open when we walked up; we had to knock to make sure no one was in there. We asked to change rooms.. second room was worse. SO dated and dingy. I refused to shower there. The shower was absolutely disgusting. Let’s not forget about the German roaches sleeping with us. There were bundles of hair and dirt left on the floor, the sheets were dirty, there was a random hole in the floor from lord knows what, the toilet visibly had not been cleaned and there was no remote to the tv. I do NOT recommend this place.

First, let me say Ashley was the only redeeming part of this experience. She alone deserves 5 stars so none of the rest of this applies to her. This place needs to temporarily close until they get their stuff together. If not, at least discount the rooms. It smells of mold when you walk in, and the floors are very sticky/dirty. Also the lights and TV didn't work. My family got the stations to work after playing technician. Unplugged fridge was pressed up against sink, really? No comforters on bed, only thin sheets which smells like a man has just been rubbing them on his private area repeatedly. Final nail in the coffin was the guys having a cookout on a weekday, playing music until after 3a. Totally inconsiderate and unexpected. We were exhausted from driving and still couldn't sleep thanks to them.

Check in lady was very rude, don’t waste your money here! Pictures on website look nothing like the rooms!!!! Very moldy and outdated. We had 2 towels and a bar of soap. Fridge didn’t work, and microwave was rusted. Bed sheet didn’t feel clean. So it’s 8:19 and we come to our room and the door ir locked. Keys won’t work. We go downstairs and get a new key. Come back upstairs and it don’t work. Call down there, man brings a key up and he can’t get it open. Then tells us he has to call gm. Finally got into our room at 8:46.

I'm giving 1 star rating only because zero isn't a option.I do not recommend this location to anyone,and I honestly don't see how they are even open honestly. First of all the photos posted of rooms are not as they appear online at all, there was mold on the wall, floors were sticky and nasty turning my socks black,the tub was nasty and toilet seat falling off.The linen was dingy and stained and the room had a bad smell to it, I was very uncomfortable and unable to rest due to room conditions not to mention the courtyard area turning into a "club" at nightfall. The next morning I went to talk to manager.I stood in office waiting as the last was in her phone blatantly ignoring me then I found out that she was the manger and there's no breakfast to top it all off . and when I ask about room conditions she got a very nasty attitude with me and acted like I was the problem I have stayed at multiple econolodge location and never unsatisfied until this time. This is all around the absolute worst experience i have ever had and had I been with my family I would've left upon entering! DO NOT STAY HERE

Linen on bed did not look like it had been changed in a week. Room was filthy. Sink was clogged up so I was manually throwing water all night. No trash can (I have never seen a room without a trash can). The tub wasn't properly installed so it feels like your stepping on air bubbles during shower. Breakfast was listed for hotel but there is no breakfast and no excuse is even given. This room is not even worth 30 dollars.
