Over all the room conditions were adequate however the owner/staff seemed to be put out by any request made. We spent 7 hours awaiting assistance for a non working TV and remote. It took the evening shift to inform us to unplug TV and reset settings manually. They are not pet friendly although they have pet rooms.

The floor tile was coming apart, the remote was stuck on one channel,...even with taking down to the front desk.The room was filthy, found a fake fingernail on the floor, killed 3 small roaches,a woman screaming in the hallway at 2:00am, boyfriend kicked her out. Couldnt shower, the tub was beyond gross, paint chips..apparently noone has used it, like ever! Our broken nightstand out in the hall, which left the gross phone on the foor between the beds. We were so exhausted from a very long day, I couldn't gather enough energy to leave. we slept with our street clothes on top of the bed. The bed ruffle had what looked like body fluids. I still feel like I need t be fumigated!

Rooms were decently sized and relatively clean. Hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast was adequate for a complimentary breakfast. Only major complaint was security. Lots of people hanging around the vending area overnight who were not guests. The rear door to hotel was broken and the receptionist said they quit repairing it because they keep breaking it over and over. Not secure for the guests. People hanging around the parking lot asking if you want drugs. Not a good place to bring your family.

As many times as I've stopped to help a stranger... I can't comment on the rooms but the owners very young son, maybe 12, immediately noticed I had broken down in front of their Hotel while he was riding an electric scooter around with his siblings. He approached me and offered to involve his Dad to help. Dad was very friendly and offered to drive his van around to jump me off knowing I wasn't a patron. Very kind family!!!
