The whole first floor of the apartment is stylish I found a renovation style that turned into a store.

There is an elevated passageway from Koenji Station and Asagaya Station, which seems convenient even on bad weather days.

The former shabby apartment has been renovated. The apartment has become more fashionable. Renovation isn't just about making old things beautiful, it's about adding value. When I drink coffee, eat curry, drink alcohol, and have my watch repaired here on my days off, I look really happy! Occasionally, we hold events, and it's so heartwarming to see the residents and people around us drinking beer and sitting on the lawn.

The exterior looks like a Showa era apartment. The first floor has been renovated with a modern and stylish design. A commercial space where new initiatives are put into practice, with a variety store and about 6 restaurants lined up. It's a very free and warm space where you can lie down like you would in a park on the beautiful lawn, or sit and relax on the stairs in front of the building. If this model case is successful, it may spark a new movement in the Mammoth housing complex, where the population is aging. I want to support this initiative
