Ooo everything was great about this place ! Excellent location near to Center. Very big room . A/c always open in all areas. ( it’s not that hot in Bologna anyway ) Comfortable mattress Espresso machine and fridge in the room . Cozy breakfast with many options . Eggs , bread , cheese , salami . And pastry . They clean the room every day. The espresso machine in the kitchen had very good quality of coffee . We were 2 hours late for check in and the lady was waiting for us . Great value for money !

So this has been really terrible. Rooms are moldy and falling apart - it was clearly built as it is and never even slightly repaired. The shower is in the closet and is really small for a tall person. There's no parking even though it is stated that there is. Breakfast is some stale old food. Location could be okay but it is on top of a bar and when we were there, there was a lot of noise until 2-3am. Parking is hell and you won't find a space to even unload your stuff. Clearly an old Airbnb with no maintenance. Not even a good value, go elsewhere.

Nice location and decoration of the room, the guy that greeted us friendly and that was it. All the rest a disappointment. The breakfast was stale with very few options, we were informed that the door handle broke last night and that is why there was no time to fix, but after reading the comments we realised that other guests in the past had problems with it as well, no one changed our bed sheets and towels, even toilet paper! The shower gel was used from previous guests, netflix and air-conditioning did not work properly and the whole construction of the room was poor work, from the floor to the bathroom furniture. Totally overpriced for what it offered.

A at first glance nice B&B which is pretty overpriced for the performed services. The location in Bologna is near to the city but the direct neighborhood is quite sleazy. Breakfast is absolutely out of the question. Everything was really cheap stuff and also welded. Yoghurt was expired. The cold-water-fountain was nice but didn’t work properly. During my stay the air condition didn’t work two times. Service isn’t satisfying as well, the young guy was nice but I didn’t get new towels or bed sheets, also no new toilet paper even though there was nothing left. The shower wasn’t cleaned at all and the shower gel dispenser was broken. I would definitely not visit again!

We didn't have warm water at all, and when we tried to contact with the host, no one replied. So we were taking shower in completely freezing water. When we woke up for breakfast, everything was already gone, even tho they have told us it is served until 10:00. Moreover, floor was dirty and during the night there was weird and loud voice coming from the walls, something like boiling water (even tho it was cold...)
