The service was exceptional. Any support we needed the whole staff was on point. We had a street view room which was very nice. The area is very, calm and close by there good restaurants and coffee. Kitchen staff was extremely attentive to our son's allergies. Would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that we went as a group and the rooms were very different, we lucked out and had a modern shower with like 4 different spray heads (top, torso, hip, handle) and a nice modern toilet, the rest of our group didnt get these features. I hope they make it standard for all rooms!!!

It's a nice, simple room. It had everything needed for a restful night. It didn't have a windows to the street, which in my case it was perfect for a quiet restful night. I didn't use any of the facilities.

Room not as pictured on website, was put in a different room entirely than the one I payed for. I payed for "Deluxe King Suite" and nothing in the room matched the images. Loud and out of control partying at all hours. People on the roof slamming all day, hotel allows out of control dogs to bark constantly. Seems to be a spot for locals, and these people lack basic self awareness and respect for others. They stand in the hallway yelling and playing music all day, everyday. Very disappointing.

We had a very nice stay in hotel 109. We stayed for 2 nights. The beds are very comfortable, good warm shower, really clean, good free coffee and the staff is very nice. We had breakfast in bed which was simple but we had a very luxury feeling because of this. The rooms get cleaned every day. We had the larger room which provided a lot of space for our stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel has a bit of a home-made feel. I was relaxing in my large, pleasantly minimalistically-appointed room, about to go to sleep, when the somewhat skimpy door I'd noticed upon entering came into play, as some neighbors in the room next door decided 9:30 pm was the ideal time to start watching television at a loud volume. I could hear them quite well, along with another neighbor having a conversation. The hotel staff graciously changed my room and I was able to get a good night's sleep. If no other room had been available, it might have been a different story.
