The basic room was quite cramped and looked much smaller than pictures showed, with a small window looking directly into an alley. When arriving, the light of the hotel logo was not even on. The roof terrace was completely dark. Restaurant food was soso. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good (25/25/6ms). By “design” it meant that the towel hangers were inside the shower and power switch of the bathroom was all the way inside … just really strange. Elevator was very small. The staff were friendly but the place overall didn’t feel very professionally run and felt run down. It’s def NOT a 4 star hotel as rated. More like an average 3 stars.
