An excellent stay with staff who go above and beyond. The staff are very attentive and take the effort to make you feel at home. Stylish, upscale apartment hotel..great for short and long stay with family or friends. Excellent maintenance. Outstanding location ..within 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from main attractions, access to public transportation and restaurants.

This hotel boasts a superb location for easy access, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a wonderful and supportive staff. However, a drawback is the bathroom's lack of privacy, making it less practical for larger families.

100% my personal favorite when visiting Barcelona. Staff welcoming and assistance by email or when at the property is always the same, professional at all times and friendly. Staff are important and Suites Avenue knows how to treat its guests. Visited this property for the last 6 years and have stayed in every room available. No matter what direction you take on room selection, they are all excellent. Personal choice is always the rear of the property for silence, but the front is fine as well, just a preference for me. Spacious rooms, extremely clean and all the amenities that one could need for business or pleasure. I always choose Suites Avenue over a hotel as of the space. Some may like the continuous service and breakfast offerings of a hotel, but there is a kitchen and plenty of excellent restaurants nearby for any type of meal. Hotels become boring. Linens, bed comfort and pillows, excellent, always get a good nights sleep and the beds are of a great size. Room temperature self controlled so either air conditioning or open the windows. Excellent place, only comment, some upgrades to take place which I believe are in progress. Will always be back

Unbelievably great hotel in perfect location on passeig de gracia. Very contemporary, absolutely beautiful, very spacious with living room, dining table, had a small terrace, kitchen, more like an apartment. Very clean. Great front desk staff, very helpful, very nice gentleman at the front desk went out into the street and got me a taxi when I didn't find one. Loaned me a plug for the u.s. phone. Nice products in the bathroom, great shower plus a nice tub. Very close to 2 GAUDI buildings, casa Mila across the street and Casa Batillo. Cannot say enough nice things about the hotel! Have stayed a few times and look forward to many more. If you like high end shopping it's on this street. Also, many nice boutique stores nearby.
