It's located in a safe, and fairly quiet part of town. You can easily walk to the angel of independence, Condesa or the pink neighborhood. My suite was very spacious with a balcony. Room was clean. Huge smart TV. The wifi is ok on the ground floor, but the wifi on my floor was slow and unreliable. Overall, I recommend it.

First impressions and the outside view of the property is a bit deceiving. I think they could do a lot of updating the facade and signage and the lobby. That said the rooms are AMAZING!! Super super nice and clean and HUGE!! A true suite with big living area and dining area. Beautiful open space plan for the bed with big windows. Amenities are above average. Fan, decent stocked kitchen with fridge. Big walk in shower. Now this review is just the one unit I experienced but apparently all are similar. The value of this property can't be overstated and love the location which is easy walking to so many restaurants and the Zona Rossa.

Very strange booking system!? When booking through Booking, no payments are debited, and then, as it turned out, you need to make a payment using some link! And you have to ask for the link. On the day of arrival, our booking was canceled, for unknown reasons! Make a proper booking system before offering your apartments to clients!

I booked a room there for several days and everything was confirmed. Then they sent me a link to make a partial payment to “guarantee” the room. I paid it and then they asked me to pay it again the next day because it “was declined”. So I paid again, just in case. When I got there, they told me they gave my room away and have no more rooms since I didn’t pay. Two charges went through to my credit card which I have to dispute. I would avoid this hotel, they are not reliable.

I had a reservation from October 7th - 15th I had a change of plans so I canceled my reservation on September 22nd. On September 30th I get a email and a notification from my bank stating that Suites Parioli had charged me for my staying. That same day I called to find out why was I charged and I got NO straight answer I only got a go around. Till this day I still don't know if I'm getting a refund or not. They will steal from you.
