The space of this place is quite ok but rooms make too much noises and im not ok with the manners. Also they keep charting more for many things. The room is ok and it was just in the ok level. It's not good or not that bad. But yeah.. just as I said, the way they take care the customer is not well.

There are many housewives here. One is kind and the other two are sullen. There is no first impression. We are very poor with service. Didn't explain much about the room at all. Just take him to the room. And then went back without saying anything. The room was ok, but the outside condition was not beautiful. It doesn't look very appealing. It's just beautiful in the room. The CCTV camera is not activated either. Or it's broken, I don't know. What were the problems when signing the contract? I only met the housekeeper. Didn't see the manager or anything. So it may make communication unclear. It was not clearly explained that there were many buildings. What building would a room like this be in? Because if someone comes to stay and it's a single woman, walking into the alley inside is secretly dangerous. Please take care of your customers. For us, just the room is OK. But it's not that good. Because of the sheets and pillows, you can tell that they haven't been washed. Because there are yellow stains There was one baby cockroach on the first night we came. And our room window still has a mop drying it. I don't know if the housekeeper forgot it or not. But I'll take care of it too. Not very impressed with the service. Then we inform you on LINE what day you will move in. I was told it had been a month. When I arrived, the room renovation was not finished. Let us go to another room. Instead, there might be a way. Or if there isn't one, you should notify in advance. We will know how to prepare.

The room condition is suitable for the price, not too expensive. But I don't know if another room is better or not. Because I went to stay on New Year's Day, all the rooms were full and there was just the last room left. The room has everything, good water flow, cool air conditioner, refrigerator in good condition. The water heater works well. The bed was a bit hard but when I slept, my back didn't hurt. But the cap room feels uncomfortable because the bed is too close to the bathroom. The building is very old. It looks scary from the outside but is very quiet. The staff answering the phone spoke well. Burmese maids speak politely and gently.
