“Value” This is an odd hotel, it seems to be two hotels around the corner from each-other that have merged into a single L-shaped venue. But a very good venue. The location is close to the Japanese Quarter so you have a little entertainment watching the visiting salarymen get into tame mischief. It's close to a number of bars, cafes and restaurants, and not a hard walk from best-known shopping malls, markets and tourist activities. The hotel itself has friendly and helpful staff, is organised and clean, the room I had was spacious. The meals area on the ground floor -- restaurant by night, breakfast in the mornings -- was also good, catering to most national tastes. General facilities were good, even the wifi was good, unusual in Vietnamese hotels! The pool is on the rooftop of one of the two buildings so, if you are in the other side, you need to go down in the lift, cross through the lobby and go up again. At the time of my visit (Dec., '22), it had just been renovated and a new gym and social area were close to completion. Oh, and a friendly dog called Poor Paw has somehow managed to take residence up there. Price-wise, a good venue in its class.

Well if you don't mind roaches crawling around.. Full of cockroachs!!! Bring an infestation back home. Don't be deceived by photos alone. Agoda is using the VIP room photo to sell a deluxe room. This maybe a mistake but you can't help but feel scammed nonetheless. We didn't get a full window at all. It is a tiny window that either face the corridor or a wall. This is just bad. The hotel especially didn't help to sort anything out except upselling us. Don't you just hate it when people corner you that the only way settle something is paying more money?

Reception guy's tone is very coercive. So i will not book again this hotel. Last year, there were 2 gates of the hotel but now one of 2 gates are close down so little inconvenient.

The receptionist has an UNprofessional attitude and inappropriate language. The receptionist has a discriminatory attitude between domestic and international guests. The receptionist has a discriminatory attitude between guests traveling by car and taking a taxi. It's raining, the guest checks out and goes to get the motorbike, the guest is forced to go out the door in the rain and then get the motorbike (while the guest is pressing the elevator to the basement). Not to mention when the receptionist sees a guest younger than him, his way of speaking and disdainful attitude is unacceptable. Overall, extremely disappointing. First and last time staying at this hotel.
